Every family has different needs and every business offers something unique. One of the many benefits of advertising on SacParentClick.com is the personal attention you will receive. You can change the wording, images, and details of your listing at any time. We work with you to advertise your events, classes, and promotions.
- SacParentClick.com is a great way to let families know about your business. Too many things in the Davis and Sacramento areas are word of mouth and parents get frustrated that they do not hear about the businesses they need at the time they need them. People also forget that many businesses & organizations offer more than one service.
- Businesses listed on the site have the opportunity to post any family events on the calendar.
- We also have a parent perks page if you are interested in giving families a special offer to your business.
- All businesses that do a listing on the site are mentioned in our monthly newsletter the month after we receive your contract so that families know to look for you on the site. Your business name is also posted on our homepage for up to 2 weeks.
- If you have a website, parents can link to it for more detailed information. By going through SacParentClick.com, parents don't have to remember every website address.
MARKETING:
Starting in the Fall of 2009, SacParentClick.com plans to be very pro-active with marketing in the community. Throughout the year, SacParentClick.com will be doing a combination of the following... movie theater ads, radio ads, TV ads, tourist kiosk ads, magazine ads, newspaper ads, phone book ads and we have links on many websites. We distribute marketing materials throughout the community... 20,000+ postcards a year in runner bags at races, in preschools & businesses and 25+ events. Speak at parenting groups & PTA meetings.
GETTING STARTED:
All you need to do to get started is to fill out the online contract on the site. We will get your information up right away and we will invoice you soon after. You can also pay immediately with your credit card on PayPal. Special launch rates(Sept. 2009- Feb. 2010) March 2010 new rates may apply.

LISTING FEES & BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP
Every business or non-profit that wants to reach Davis and Sacramento area families should have an annual listing. SacParentClick.com has partners in 20+ cities under ParentClick.com. Ask about rates to be listed in more than one city.

Basic Package / $250 year
- You will receive a listing on all applicable pages. VIEW BUSINESS DIRECTORY >>
- The listing includes: business name, address, phone number and up to 130 word description.
- You will receive a link back to your site.
- Access to post calendar events & parent perks on SacParentClick.com. (includes your logo)
- If you post consistently on Parent Perks, you will also find your perk posted in our monthly Parent Perk newsletter.
- Your business will be posted on our homepage for a min of 2 weeks & posted in a newsletter.
- Invitation to annual SacParentClick.com Mixer. (for listed businesses, non-profits & sponsors only)
- SacParentClick.com can also provide you with your own business blog because we know social networking is a big part of keeping up with parents on the go!
- Note: If you do not have a website, we can set up a personal page for you ($100 set-up fee)
- $25 of your annual fee includes your business membership.
Non-Profit Package / $125 year
- Same benefits as the basic package for non-profit organizations only.
- Opportunity to post needs & volunteer opportunities on Families Giving Back & be profiled as the "Non-Profit Spotlight.
- $25 of your annual fee includes your business membership.
- We can post all your calendar events for an additional $50 year.
Support Package / $75 year
- Same benefits as the basic package.
- This is for daycare, preschool programs, & churches only.
- Also applies to Summer camps that do not offer other programs throughout the year.
- $25 of your annual fee includes your business membership.
Business (Network) Membership / $25 year
A business membership is available to any business or nonprofit that fits under one of our categories. - It includes your company name, phone number, website.
- It gives you the option to post on our Parent Perks and our calendar. (logo not included)
- A Business Membership also provides an opportunity to purchase newsletter ads.
- If you would like to add anything else, see the listing rates above. Please fill out our Online Contract so we can include your information. (Rates for newsletter ads are below.)
- When you fill in your online contract, you will need to pay the full $25 amount with a credit card on paypal (this will be on your confirmation page) and we will send you an invoice.
- Business Membership option not available to programs that qualify for the support package.

We have ad space available in our weekly newsletters.
PAYMENTS
- Payments: Businesses & Non-Profits need to pay for 12 months in advance to receive the listed package rates. Package prices are based on a one year contract.
- If you would like to have your listing split into 2 payments, there is a 10% surcharge added to your listing fee.
- If you would like to pay on a monthly basis, it is $75 per month. (This cannot be applied to the annual fee if you decide to convert.) The reason we do not encourage the monthly format is that it is not a service to the parents. Our site works because parents know they can find resources year round.
- Rates are effective January 1, 2009. Rates are subject to change without notice.
- We can post all your CALENDAR EVENTS! If you would like us to post all of your calendar events for you, the fee is $175/year. Ask us for details.

Non-Profit Event Media Support Package / $150
Due to limited in-kind sponsorships, we also offer a reduced rate package to help promote your event.
PAYMENT: The fee is $150 plus tickets to event & SacParentClick.com postcards distributed.
- Promotion in 2 newsletters (value $250)
- Listing on the SacParentClick.com event calendar with your logo (value $250)
- Special event page if requested (flyer needs to be provided). (value $500)
Annual Partnerships
- We have up to 6 partnerships each year with local organizations where we collaborate to reach families in Santa Barbara County. Partnership can include: page sponsorship, listing with a logo, current highlights & red bar highlights, parent & business newsletter ads, and more customized to the organization.
